The third edition of the ADsterdam Creativity Festival was hailed as a tremendous success. Held on June 27 at LIEF near Sloterdijk Amsterdam, the event attracted over 1,000 visitors from the media and advertising industry, including creatives from renowned brands, freelancers, and influencers. Organized by Publicis Groupe NL in collaboration with ADCN and Soundsright, the festival featured a diverse program that inspired attendees with cutting-edge talks on technology, inclusion, and sustainability, all set against the backdrop of perfect sunny weather.

A standout session was led by Edson Sabajo, founder of the iconic brand Patta, alongside Dinesh Sonak from Creative Gym. This packed interactive session demonstrated how inspiration from music and sports can drive creative growth and impact. Doortje Smithuizen, known for her work with Voorheen Schaamteloos Randstedelijk, Vogue, and as a Volkskrant columnist, hosted the event with her unique style and experience, adding a dynamic atmosphere to the stage. A headliner, Tim Slot, Head of Marketing at AFC Ajax, shared valuable insights on maintaining Ajax’s relevance locally and globally, showcasing the powerful intersection of sports and marketing.
Innovative Side Program and Live Music Acts
The side program also proved a big draw, featuring highlights like live 3D printer demonstrations by Philips, allowing visitors to experience the future of product design. The curated market offered a platform for vintage goods, from handmade jewelry to fashion items. Art collective Publi.air illuminated the event space with spectacular light installations, emphasizing the creative spirit of the festival.
Musical performances by Jack Shore, Nusantara Beat, and Yusu Selectors rounded out the program. Jack Shore set the tone with his innovative Boiler Room setup, while Nusantara Beat took attendees on a musical journey through the rich sounds of traditional Indonesian music.
