We placed a very special bench in multiple locations and waited until someone tried it out. When people took a seat, they quickly noticed they would have to find their balance – with another human being sitting at the other end. And when equilibrium was achieved, it unlocked question cards that sparked open and sincere conversations. This way, Van Harte & Lingsma challenged people to level with each other. Because it’s not until we’re eye-to-eye that we can truly see the weight of what matters.
