AmsterCannes was specifically designed for those who crave creativity and connection with local industry insiders in the city renowned for its creative spirit and forward-thinking mindset. This festival aims to celebrate the power of creativity in driving positive change, fostering connections and inspiring new ideas and we’re over-the-moon we were able to bring this idea to life!

The Netherlands is a country known through-out the world for its festivals, but compared to the music industry, it only has a handful of creative festivals in the country. So that is when we decided we needed to add a festival of creativity to inspire everyone here with an eye on the future of creativity in the Netherlands.
As you know, the biggest festival of this kind is held every year in the French city of Cannes. The Cannes Lions is an annual gathering of people from all over the world, who hope to receive an award in advertising. But it’s more than an award show. Cannes is also a creative hub and a networking event where the water cooler becomes a champagne tower and boardrooms are replaced by boardwalks.
And we understand that not everyone can make it to Cannes Lions, but that doesn’t mean you had to miss out. We extended the experience and brought insight and inspiration from the festival to you; with the very first edition of AmsterCannes Festival.
