So, together with vanHarte&Lingsma, the School for Human Leadership, we created an activation centered around a unique bench that uses human-centered conversation sparkers. We placed it in multiple locations and waited until someone tried it out. When people took a seat, they quickly noticed they were out of balance – unless they had another person sitting at the other end. When they achieved the perfect balance, it unlocked question cards that sparked open and sincere conversations. This way, vanHarte&Lingsma challenged people to level with each other. Because it’s not until we’re eye-to-eye that we can truly see the weight of what matters.
